Statement of Capabilities RF and Microwave Power Technology, LLC (RFMPT) is a worldwide supplier of high power RF and microwave amplifiers. Our engineering team has decades of experience designing robust high power CW and pulsed RF amplifiers and amplifier systems from L-band to LF frequencies, with power levels of 10W to 20kW, and RF generators to over a megawatt. We can supply amplifiers for numerous military (EW, communications, radar), RF energy (lasers, plasmas), medical (MRI, RF heating), scientific (linear accelerator), and broadcast (TV, radio) applications. Amplifiers range from ultra-broadband linear LDMOS and GaN-based designs to high efficiency, high power single frequency models.
Our current product lineup consists of numerous driver-level and high power pallet amplifiers, amplifier modules, and amplifier mini-systems. All of our amplifiers have been designed from the ground up with flexibility in mind so that custom and semi-custom amplifiers can be provided in a timely and cost effective manner. Pallet amplifiers and amplifier modules can be provided up to 2kW, and we have forged alliances with two system integrators for providing large amplifier systems to 10kW or greater.
In addition to amplifier design and manufacturing of our own product line, we offer, when appropriate for both parties, design and consulting services, as well as contract manufacturing of RF and microwave amplifiers and related products.
